This site highlights the appearances, performances and productions of a select group of Montreal-based burlesque performers - including Team Burlesque founding members L. Diablo, Miss Sugarpuss and Seska Lee.
Many of us work as independents while others belong to specific troupes. What we have in common is a desire to make Montreal's burlesque scene a vibrant and diverse one.
We also would like to encourage other Montreal performers and troupes so you will see their events and activities listed in our News section. Our offfical Team Burlesque events as well as those events in which Team Burlesque members are participating can be found both in the News section and in the Events section.

The Filthy Funny Perverted Variety Hour Show - Runs June 16th to 20th!
Coalition des Artistes du Cabaret Cleo
The city of Montreal is looking to expropriate certain buildings near the corner of St-Laurent Blvd. and Ste-Catherine including Cabaret Cleo which is home to a variety of alternative artists including neo-burlesquers, drag queens and fetish performers. While the area is said to be redevelopped as an neighbourhood for artists, in its place will be a 15 story glass building filled with office spaces. An online petition has been created and there will be a hard copy circulated at an event with performances and informative speakers on Saturday June 6th.
